Cancellation Policy

- Appointments may be rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

- Cancellations do not guarantee a refund.

- No-call, no-show instances do not guarantee a refund.

- Clients are permitted to reschedule their appointment only once.

-Absolutely no refunds!

- An identification card is mandatory for Drug and DNA Testing.

- A guardian's signature is required for clients under the age of 18.

- DNA testing is conducted using a buccal swab; please refrain from eating or drinking for 30 minutes prior to testing.

- Testing duration is approximately 30 minutes; please plan your schedule accordingly.

- DNA test results will be communicated exclusively via the email provided by the client, not by phone.

- Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. This can be done online, and please note that refunds are not available.

- The location for drug screening will be provided upon receipt of the paid invoice.

- For employers, testing will be conducted onsite unless otherwise arranged.

- DNA clients are responsible for ensuring a safe and discreet environment for the testing process.
